For most this book crosses a line but if you’re open minded and enjoy your erotica dark, you will enjoy the “edge play” in this novel.


Fascinating because of the insight into the protagonist named simply “O”, and titillating because the sex scenes were, well, titillating; graphic without being gross. BDSM power dynamics is my favorite subject to investigate in human sexuality studies.

In this book, Guido changed the background story a bit, omitting that Justine’s and Juliette’s father fell in love with another man’s woman and jumped right to his bankruptcy and ruin that set the two sisters each on their separate journeys in life.


And I just think it’s a bad idea to write paragraphs that are pages long. Bisogna perderci tempo, bisogna rileggerlo, anche solo per gustarsi i vari piani narrativi. I don’t think Reage understands the difference between love and obsession.

While the story was well written, it seems near unbelievable that an educated, beautiful woman would let herself be just an objectified sex slave being completely used by random men for the sake of the love of another crepxx.

Can one women truly have no value to what she is worth? It is overrated, silly, and inhumane.
